Do you have a spirited child or teenager, or are you simply seeking additional resources?

Level Up is designed to address the needs of both parents/caregivers and children/teens while bridging gaps left by other parenting programs. This program teaches children and teens about body cues, emotional regulation, and effective communication through engaging activities and games. Simultaneously, in a separate setting, parents gain valuable tips, tools, and insights into both their child’s behavior and their own.

The program can be offered as a standalone option for parents only, children only, or both groups concurrently as described above.
