Have a spicy child/teen? Or just want some extra tools?

Level Up was designed to meet the needs of both parents/caregivers and children/teens as well as fill the gaps other parenting programs don’t cover. Level up teaches kids/teens about body cues, managing emotions and how to have conversations with fun and some games. At the same time, in a separate room, parents are also learning tips, tools and insights into their child’s behaviours as well as their own. 

The program can be offered as a stand alone program for only parents or only kids or at the same time as mentioned above.
